I was there for 2 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for dinner. It was convenient having a terrace, high-speed internet, and a TV set.
Nothing, all was good.

I really enjoyed the place, it was overall clean & the staff were particularly helpful. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had REFINED dishes. I have stayed here before and will definitely go again next time.
Nothing at all.

The location of the hotel is stunning and incredible, not far from a motorway. The unit is tastefully decorated, spotless, and offers a queen-size bed, far-reaching views, and tea.

Exceptionally clean place in Spanish style with all necessary facilities. Central location underway in the area. Near the restaurant in the evenings, the center of Carmona where there is a great choice of restaurants. 3 churches above one another.

The twin room was nicely decorated and included an overhead shower. The service was good with parking available opposite the hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the town center, making it incredibly convenient.

the stuff was knowledgeable and more than adequate. the view over a valley from our extremely pleasant room was magnificent.
The breakfast we ordered was usual, it could be much better.

We had a great stay at this hotel which is centrally located with easy access to all the restaurants, town centre, and the bus stop. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast was perfect with a great variation of food and drinks. We particularly enjoyed the romantic views across the rooftops from the balcony, and the chiming of the church clock hourly. However, the swimming pool could have been kept cleaner.

The hotel is stylish. The room was inviting, spacious and well equipped. The location was good, only a few minutes walk to the centre. All in all a pleasant accommodation. The ladies in the restaurant were also pleasantly friendly.
You could sleep well at night, but in the early hours of the morning the cars passing by were disturbing. It is not extremely loud, but one cannot speak of a very quiet location. The staff was sometimes rather reserved, reserved and not particularly binding. When we arrived, the gentleman at the reception was kind of polite, but completely emotionless and non-binding. You didn't have the feeling of being warmly welcomed. When we left we were not asked whether everything was OK, whether we were comfortable etc. etc. A certain degree of customer orientation can be expected in a hotel of this category.

hotel can be recommended without restrictions. at the turn of the year 17/18 we had a superior room on the first floor facing the street. Since an exit from the inner city leads past the hotel, there are occasional traffic noises. However, these are tolerable at least at the time of year. But there are rooms on all sides. The staff is very attentive and helpful without any restrictions, in no way arrogant. The conversion of an old Alcazar makes everything very appealing, both in the room and in the entire building, including the patios. If you complain about pigeons by the pool, you really can't help. The breakfast is all around. With a little luck you can park for free in front of the hotel, and it is not far to larger parking spaces within the city walls. Paying places from the hotel are also available.

We stayed at a charming hotel in Carmona for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel had a beautiful pool with salt water that was perfect for relaxing after exploring Cordoba and Sevilla. Our room had a stunning view, but the only downside was that the road noise prevented us from keeping the window open. The staff, although only the receptionist spoke English, were friendly and helpful. Despite the limited variety, the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Carmona.

The stay here was excellent in a fascinating town. We were in a good location at a walking distance from Puerta de Cordoba.- Visited a few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

building and rooms are very luxurious and everything is decorated with good taste; situation, because it is very close to the center of the village; views that it has from the room; swimming pool is small, space that it occupies is very well used, with a patio around with deckchairs, terrace with tables with access to the Irish pub, everything very coquettish.
We had the bad luck to stay one night when a group of young people returned to the hotel at 3:00 a.m. and continued the party inside the rooms. The noise was unbearable, very loud disco music and beatings that lasted until 4 a.m. I woke up with a headache because I didn't get enough rest. At the reception they gave us no explanation or apology when we left. On the part of the hotel management, I don't think it's right, even though, surely, this doesn't happen often and we have been unlucky enough to have it happen to us. In spite of everything, the hotel is very well and it is recommendable. I hope that you do not have our bad luck.

Very nice hotel and close to the town centre. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful. If you are using a tomtom sat nav don't follow it through the town centre. Come in from the Cordoba gate.

Favourable setting, incredibly nice and pleasant staff.
Exceptionally clean hotel in a nice building close to the other areas of Spain that were warm, a cafe in the town, and town center. Cheap room and functional, with terrace and fast wifi. The tapas restaurant for dinner. Really comfortable stay in fascinating town, no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at the hotel, with a beautiful room and great amenities. The location in Carmona was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the countryside. The staff at Alcazar De La Reina were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.
